At Taos Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Print Your Label

    Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

    Package Your Shoes

    Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping container with the packing slip.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
